Instructions

Prepare the Mayo Mint Chutney and the Mayo Schezwan Sauce by combining the ingredients in two separate bowls and mixing them together. Put aside for later. Within a skillet, heat a quarter of a spoonful of oil over a medium heat.

Onions should be sliced and sautéed until they become transparent. Green and red peppers should be added, and the cooking time should be increased by two to three minutes. Sweet corn that has been boiled, paneer cubes, schezwan chutney, cilantro, chaat masala, and salt should be added to the mixture.

Make sure everything is thoroughly cooked by stirring it and cooking it for around five to seven minutes. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit). Make a horizontal cut through the dinner rolls, making sure to keep them linked at the bottom.

The bottom half of each roll should have a layer of the Mayonnaise Mint Chutney spread throughout it. The paneer filling should be generously spooned over the chutney, and then a piece of cheese should be placed on top of the filling.

After the cheese has been spread with the Mayonnaise Schezwan Sauce, the sliders should be closed. Butter that has been melted should be applied to the tops of the completed sliders.

After placing them on a baking dish, bake them for fifteen to twenty minutes, or until the cheese has melted and the tops have turned a golden color. After taking it out of the oven, slice it into pieces if necessary, and serve it warm with additional schezwan chutney on the side.

Nutrition

The number of calories in each slider ranges from around 250 to 300, depending on the particular ingredients that are utilized. As a result of the paneer, they are an excellent source of protein, and the vegetables contribute a significant amount of vitamins to the dish.

If you want to reduce the amount of fat in your diet, you might think about utilizing low-fat alternatives instead of mayonnaise.

Tips

You can prepare the filling a day in advance and store it in the refrigerator. This allows you to make them ahead of time. In the moments before baking, put together the sliders. Make adjustments to the quantity of schezwan chutney in accordance with your preferred level of heat.

In addition to serving these sliders alongside other appetizers such as Indian Chaat Dip, you can also serve them with a cool drink.
