This is an easy treat made with grilled peaches! It works great for me to use a honey-nut cream cheese spread. After grilling, add a little more honey and they’ll be perfect.

Ingredients

  • 4 peaches, halved and pitted
  • 2 tablespoons clover honey
  • 1 cup soft cream cheese with honey and nuts
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Directions

Prepare a grill by heating it to a temperature of medium-high level. First, brush the peaches with a very thin layer of oil, and then apply the peaches. Take care to position the pit so that it is face down on the grill. It is recommended that you grill the surfaces for a period of five minutes, or until they have developed beautiful grill markings.

Once the peaches have been turned over, honey should be sprinkled over them to seal in the moisture. It is recommended that a small amount of the cream cheese spread be placed in the space that was once occupied by the pit. Carry on with the grilling process for an additional two to three minutes, or until the filling reaches the temperature that you desire. Serve as quickly as you possibly can.
