Get the Tandoori Marinade ready. Put Greek yogurt, tandoori masala, red chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, garam masala, lemon juice, and salt in a bowl. Mix it well until it turns into a paste.

Make the Paneer marinate. Cover the paneer slices with the tandoori sauce that you have already made. Allow the scents to soak in for at least 30 minutes. You can also put it in the fridge to make the taste stronger.

Cover the bowl right away to keep the smoke inside. For 5 to 10 minutes, let the paneer soak up the smoke taste. Put the Sandwich Together A little toast on the bread slices. If you want, you can spread butter on one side.

Put grilled paneer, onion, cucumber, and tomato pieces on top of each other in the sandwich. You can make it taste better by adding fresh coriander leaves. Put the second piece of bread on top of the first one to close the sandwich.

Do it. Serve the sandwich hot, cut in half, with ketchup or mint sauce on the side.
