Coffee Jelly Recipe

Coffee, powdered gelatin, and sugar are the three ingredients that go into making this coffee jelly, which is a cool Japanese summertime delicacy.

INGREDIENTS

– 2 tablespoons hot water – 1 (.25 ounce) package unflavored gelatin – 2 cups fresh brewed coffee – 3 tablespoons white sugar

To dissolve the gelatin thoroughly, combine the gelatin and the boiling water in a small dish.

The mixture should then be transferred to a saucepan.

The mixture should be brought to a boil over high heat after the sugar and coffee have been properly incorporated.

The first step is to transfer the coffee mixture onto a baking dish that is either 9 inches square or 7 inches by 11 inches in size.

Place the mixture in the refrigerator and allow it to chill for a period of six to seven hours, or until it has fully solidified.

For the purpose of serving, the coffee jelly should be cut into cubes.
